Hilton Head Preparatory School is excited to announce Tony Bruno as Head Cross Country Coach. Tony brings extensive coaching and personal running experience to Hilton Head Prep.
As a runner, Tony was an All-Conference runner at Division 1 Robert Morris College (now University), and was the Head Cross Country and Track Coach at Duquesne University for eight years.
While at Duquesne, he coached four All-Conference performers and two Freshman of the Year winners. T
ony has been coaching independent runners of all skill levels under his private coaching company, Nof1 Running, since 2004.
His personal bests in the 5,000 meters is 14:37; 10,000 meters is 30:16 and the Half-Marathon is 1:08.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from Robert Morris and a Masters of the Arts in Elementary Education from Duquesne University.
